Port City Custom Upholstery is Wilmington's go-to shop for serious upholstery work across every application. We started with auto interiors and gradually expanded into the three other crafts where quality matters most: marine, residential furniture, and aviation.

Every piece of leather and vinyl gets hand-cut. Every seam gets finished to the same standard, whether it's a car seat or a boat cushion. We don't rush jobs, and we don't make promises we can't keep — which is why most of our new work comes through word of mouth.

We opened in Wilmington in 2009, focused on automotive work. Over the years, customers kept asking us to take on marine jobs, furniture, and eventually aircraft. We said yes each time — and figured it out the right way, with the right materials and training.

Today we're a small, tight team. Every job that leaves our shop has been through our quality check. We've turned down work we didn't feel right about and we'll do it again — we'd rather keep our reputation than take a job we can't do justice.
